I, Aom definitely a sucker for well-designed apps, and overall, I quite happy with what friends Aom Events has to offer. The interface is a dark theme for the menu bars and buttons, while the listing of events is lighter and more Facebook-like white and blue colors. It, AOS definitely fun to watch.

Facebook is a great tool for people to RSVP or schedule an event, so why should not, AOT is an app for this sole purpose? Once in your Facebook account to log the app, you get three times Äôll: Friends Events, My Events, and Friends.

Friends Events will allow you to events, Aore friends are available to view. These can be viewed in a list or map mode. List will sort by date, while the card it will show as red pins on a map. List will also reveal the event name, time, location and a line of guests. On the map, you Äôll tapping the pins to reveal more information.

If you want to watch an event, tap it. This will reveal more information about the event and leave your RSVP. Additionally, you can choose to add this event to your calendar, or share via email or SMS.

My Events will show only the events you are invited to attend or be. The layout is the same as the Friends events, so there, AOS nothing new to learn. Watching your friends will show you how many events are there and what they are.

I thought Friends events are well designed overall and quite handy if you're constantly using Events on Facebook plans to make things. However, I experience a crash in the app if I would return to it after the screen is locked, however, open the backup had no problems.

My biggest gripe is with the app icon. The rest of the application is so beautiful, but the icon is pretty dull moment. I seriously hope that the developers can improve the icon, because it seems to be retaken in MS Paint.

I'm pretty sure we all have gone through it: you're at work, and somebody offers to go for a drink run (maybe Starbucks or something like that). If it's your turn to do the run, you want to make it easy to remember what everyone wants, right?

You play as Hanzo, a ninja who must fight his way through a horde of zombie pirate monkeys (what is not?). Ah, the ever expanding area of photography apps in the App Store. We all love taking photos with us iDevices, because let's face it - it is simply the best camera we got (as far as how often we use it for convenience). Along with that comes the fun of editing our pictures right on the device without the need for a desktop program. So now we're here to talk about another recent addition to the photography room app - Luminance.

Luminance has a nice slim and attractive interface, which I love. It shows that the developers put some thought, while making it, so that's a plus. In a sense, the app interface makes me kind Forge Photo 2.

The first thing you see when starting the app is the library. This is where you can snap a new photo or import your existing product photos.

Once the photo is chosen, there will be three different views you can choose from the top menu bar: Filters, FX, and presets.

I would recommend checking the FX's first, so you can choose your photo effects. View thumbnails of each effect by the lower band left and right, and tap one to select and view a live preview.

If you have looked at a number of different effects, you can easily see what your history in the presets (represented by the clock on the button). From here the settings you have chosen in the FX view, and select one applies to the picture. An example is shown in the picture when a preset. The "Import" option just puts the image back to what you originally had.

The last thing you should do is to fine-tune your image filters. If you apply a preset to your photos, you will have a predetermined set of filters that you can customize. The application can also add more if desired by simply pressing the "+" button and the Edit button can be deleted and the order of the filters.

The goal is to defend your fortress, is really just a huge building you've been set on top of, and not let the zombies inside because, you know, they eat your brains and all.

You are standing on top of a building, like the coward you - I would totally be on the front lines with a cricket bat - while the zombies make their way towards you. This is where my zombie killing skills, and accurate headshot percentage, really came in handy.

You must take out the zombies by shooting em square in the noggin. To do this, just tap on the screen where you aim and shoot to ashes. You start with a handgun is not very accurate That Either, so, good luck with this. Will you spend a lot of time reloading too, which is done by tapping on your weapon on the top right of the screen.

I was not impressed with thesis, graphics, and gameplay was too repetitive. It's fun for a little while, but gets old very quickly. I am the first person to be all about the head zombie shooting, but the measly handgun you are Given to start can only take you so far.

Now, there are upgrades. As you survive waves of zombies, you earn in game cash That You can spend on upgraded weapons. You can even repair and upgrade your bunkers and things like your reload speed.

Like many of the other apps in the App Store metronome, Metronome Plus includes a wide range of options for you to tune with your music, but what really distinguishes it is the streamlined user interface.

When starting Metronome Plus you'll immediately discover how easy it is to use. At the bottom of the screen is a great speed scroll wheel that lets you quickly change the BPM to anywhere from 30 to 300. On each side of the wheel you will find "+" and "-" symbols, which allows you to change the tempo by single digits. You can also add your own pace by tapping the center of the screen when music is paused and the screen flashes with your crane to provide accurate feedback.

Save Yammi! Pull the rope to feed him with delicious cookies!

Poor Yammi is an octopus that has lost its way, finding themselves sucked through a pipe that transported him far from home. Now you must help Yammi trip back to the sea by using ropes to overcome obstacles, collecting stars and Yammi feed all the delicious cookies that he craves. Travel is a hungry company, after all.

While Save Yammi is not totally unique game because it is based on existing concepts, it uses those mechanics are very different from competitive games. Instead of relying solely on the physics, Save Yammi uses a mix of touch screen interaction and tilt movement of the puzzles.

Each level consists Yammi Save a coil of rope, three yellow stars, two red stars, a cookie, and Yammi. I'm not sure what ropes and cakes have in common, or why ropes were selected, their current star status in the App Store. But it's a combination that ends in a lot of fun.

The goal is to get the cookie from the top of the screen waiting mouth Yammi, while collecting at least three yellow stars. This is achieved by means of a finger length of rope on the screen, the cookie will follow defy physics to pull. While on the rope, the cookie can be tilted left or right with gyroscopic controls.

This sounds simple enough, but stars are not always placed in the most inaccessible areas, and often a lot of clever maneuvering to reach the cookie. Strands of rope will disappear after a short time, so constant adjustments must be made to solve puzzles.

Stars are often blocked by obstacles such as pipes, and the cookie should be taken around them. As the game progresses, more formidable barriers introduced, plus other elements such as wings that fly to the cookie for a short period of time. All these additions to keep Save Yammi interesting, dynamic and engaging.

There are over 100 levels, all of which can be solved in different ways, allowing creativity and problem solving skills come into play. Game Center offers support and performance rankings for its progress and friendly competition.

Save Yammi took me a few levels to get used to because I was not initially aware of the gyroscopic motion. When I got the hang of it, I found the controls are perfectly calibrated and easy to use. I have no patience for the normal tilting motion games, but save Yammi uses just the right amount of exercise to be fun without being frustrating.

While I enjoyed the game, I would have liked an option to a level that I spend too much time to save, or to advance without collecting three stars. Hopefully, these options can be added with an update.

Save Yammi is a clever game with cute characters, great graphics and unique gameplay, it certainly deserves to be on top of the App Store charts. At only $ 0.99, it's a game that is sure to challenge you, entertained, and hungry for cookies.

The Perfect RSS Reader For Google Client

Is used by Reeder on my iPhone, I wondered if there was no more room for a RSS reader. It appears, Perfect RSS to its name. I even considered Äôve to use as my primary app for RSS. So what does it for me?

The interface is the most important thing I found about this app. The design has a paper feel to it, like you're actually looking for a book.

There, AOS just something about just having a lot of buttons in a reader app. Reeder has certainly a host of them runs down the screen, AOS far left. Perfect while RSS does have buttons in the interface, more functionality depends on gestures.

Another important difference in the interface relative to the landscape portrait mode. By Reeder, landscape gives you more options than if you switch to portrait. Perfect RSS, but none of the buttons to change as most of them don, AOT even exist.

There are many ways to the application to adjust for your comfort. Each item shows the right side of the feed titles. However, a quick swipe the item in full screen. You can continue reading your list of items by wiping when the bottom of the first article. The gestures are also adjustable in the Settings menu.

The Perfect RSS Reader For Google Client

If I could change one thing in this app, it would be at the feeding site, AOS icon to show on the side of the title of the article. Perhaps, but one of my AOS (many) quirks, but I want to know where the products come from, before I look at them. With all my Mac set up websites, with a distinction from an article the other is messy.
